Emotion regulation, step by step
Recognise your emotions. Regulate them.
Dalagom guides you through a short sequence: what are you feeling right now, how strong is it – and what helps you now? Developed by a psychologist for young people and adults.
Start nowHow Dalagom works
-
Choose a feeling
Anger, fear, sadness or stress – you choose what is closest to how you feel right now.
-
Rate its strength
On a thermometer from 1 to 10 you show how strong the feeling is right now.
-
Find calm
If the feeling is strong, a short exercise with body, shape and breath brings you back into balance.

Who is Dalagom for?
For young people who want to learn to recognise their feelings and deal with them – and for adults who want to take a calm moment for themselves in everyday life.
All you need is an account. Your details are stored under a pseudonym – nobody sees who you are.

About Dalagom
Dalagom was developed by Dr Maria Muster, a psychologist in Santiago de Chile. Her work with young people led to a sequence that helps to notice and regulate feelings step by step.
Dalagom is not a substitute for therapy. If you are feeling very bad, please reach out to someone you trust or to a counselling service.
